Do I have to take every load I'm offered?+
No. You choose which loads to accept. Matching only surfaces loads that fit your route, vehicle, and space.
What documents do I need?+
Ghana Card or national ID, a valid driver license, an insurance certificate, and a roadworthy certificate — plus your vehicle details and a payout method.
Can transport companies with several trucks join?+
Yes. Each driver and vehicle goes through verification, and companies can operate multiple verified profiles.
How does delivery confirmation protect me?+
The shipper's 6-digit delivery code is your proof of completed delivery — once it's entered, the trip record is closed and your payout can be processed.
What if something goes wrong on a trip?+
Raise a support request from the app. The team sees the trip's full record — statuses, photos, and timeline — and follows up.
